Neste m\u00eas de maio de 2025, as primeiras crian\u00e7as com meduloblastoma receberam o tratamento experimental do estudo MATCHPOINT, representando um avan\u00e7o sem precedentes financiado pela MBI. Enquanto os primeiros pacientes iniciam a terapia, novas crian\u00e7as e jovens adultos com meduloblastoma recidivado ou refrat\u00e1rio continuam sendo recrutados para o ensaio cl\u00ednico nos EUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aprovado pelo FDA em 2024, o estudo iniciou em mar\u00e7o e agora avan\u00e7a, acompanhando doze pacientes por dois anos - oferecendo esperan\u00e7a concreta para casos que at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o possu\u00edam op\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas eficazes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
